The name is symbolic to an attitude appropriately validated when wearing the clothing. Living up to the true essence of the brand, Jay Z, who summarizes that particular lifestyle, purchased them outright in 2007 with Scion LLC. The joint venture promises revolutionary changes in the hip hop fashion market.
